B.    Eligibility: undergraduate international students without violation points.

1.          To be eligible for the on-line application, undergraduate international students with violation points should have their violation points eliminated before Feb 24, 2012.

2.          Those who need on-campus accommodation without completing their reservation application within the designated date can take part in the on-line random drawing, which is scheduled to be held from 16 March to March 26, 2012.

3.          Approved applications will be announced on March 15, 2012, and applicants will also have to complete the on-line room registration from April 10 to April 19. Those who do not complete the on-line room registration within the designated time will be regarded as giving up their accommodation and the vacancies left will be arranged to applicants on the waiting list.
